做法其实是很简单的(当然你也可以根据自己的口味稍微加以修改)。大概分几步:1.杀鸡去毛和内脏,然后用清水洗干净并用厨房纸擦干;2.在鸡身上均匀地涂上一层盐、黑椒碎或者辣椒面等等的调味料;3.用剪刀在易拉罐上面剪出几个洞,以便在烹煮的过程中让酒精能够挥发出来;4.把整罐啤酒倒进易拉罐里,然后把易拉罐塞进鸡的身体里面,最好能够把啤酒填满整个鸡的腹腔;5.然后就是放在炉子上烹煮就可以了... 烹饪过程其实很简单,但是一定要记得每隔一段时间就要把易拉罐拿出来摇一摇,因为随着烹煮过程的进行,罐内啤酒中的酒精是会慢慢挥发到鸡肉里面的;
另外,如果怕鸡在被焖熟的过程中会变得太老的话,也可以先用大火将鸡煎至金黄色再入锅焖煮即可了。最后,别忘了撒上一些黑胡椒粒就可以上桌啦~
附上做法的英文翻译:
Step by step:
Cut the chicken into two halves and then clean it well with cold water after removing all feathers, gizzard etc. Pat dry using kitchen paper. Sprinkle some salt over each half of a chicken before placing them in an airtight container for 30mins to marinate. Then rub another layer of seasoning on the both sides of chickens. Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F//Grill 3. Now open the beer can carefully from top downwards until you get through the metal ring around its mouth, so as not to break the seal inside which keeps the carbonation. Remove inner can from outer can and place this inside your refrigerator while we use this empty outer shell to cook our delicious meal. With a sharp knife, make small holes all around the opening edge of cans. The purpose behind making these holes is that during cooking process, alcohol evaporates more easily due to the holes and also it will keep the pressure under control within the can to avoid any accidental explosion during baking in the middle of the food show! So be careful about that when cutting the hole! Cut slits along either side, running from breastbone towards tail end, so that chicken breasts don't burn when baked. Place chicken halves inside the emptied cans, being sure they are completely covered with beer. It seems like there isn't much room left but trust me once the meat starts absorbing those alcohols and flavors,it will be filled up quite nicely. Bake in preheated over till done, basting chicken occasionally with any liquid released from beers (about 60 mins approx). Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice. Garnish with fresh chopped
